Ran out of time, just managed to ransack these stuffs off my fridge; & a simpLe meaL's done:![]()
Aiyoh you fried it ah, that brinjal like a sponge, sucks up all the oil leh. I prefer to just boil it in soup or even just hot water & dip in very very very spicy chilli sos. I can see brinjal, green chilli & bittergourd, what's the 2 pieces at the back?
