Either keling or m&d. But very very few m&ds make it to become pilots in a meritocratic society. More m&d pilots in jiuhu because of a standing policy to favour m&ds even if they are retards.

If the criteria for passing in Matland is the same as sia and w/o NEP...There are probably 5 mat pilots in MAS...imo
