i think he should.

this is a very prudent investment for his financial backers, especially his foreign entities.

step one would be to get him off the hook of bankruptcy. that would cost about $500k. then pledge $48k and put chee as the presidential candidate. then the campaign to get chee in as the elected PRESIDENT OF SINGAPORE.

wahlah!! it would be a big money spinner with at least $3M annual income not considering all the other fringe benefits, privileges, status and the influence he can cast like pardoning the young msian drug mule from the hanging noose.

so for a total of about $600k investment, chee's financial backers stand to reap an annual profit of about a cool $2.4M for the next 5 yrs. and think about the acceleration chee's foreign bosses can wreak havoc to singapore and sink it faster to prove their warped theory that a small littlereddot like us simply cannot survival in the present globalisation syndrome.

chee, if u r reading this, isn't this a good devious idea to do in singapore?:*:

No joke man! Pondan hiao cheebye freak Bob Sim Kheng Hwee is up there with the best of PAP's best in standard of expression. Ting Pei Ling should request the gay prostitute to be her tutor!

He does not qualify. Read up on the requirements.

chee is impervious to rules and regulations. don't forget, he considers himself higher than the law. if he want, he can. and if he can, his foreign backers financiers shall back him.

this is a good and very rare proposition for chee soon juan to consider. it's a very prudent and shrewd business investment. the million$ that entice one for the next 5 yrs is just too good to be missed.

if suay suay, chee win that, not only he could accelerate his sinking fo sgp and he get paid in million$ for doing that.

Where is the proof? You cum dripping cheebye mouth! People had called you a thief, a parent abuser and a leeching jobless bastard of your sister? Care to disproof? Come, use your 3WhiteTiger nick to duel with me!

Please be sensible. Chee will not run because it is a sheer impossibility as he does not qualify in any way. With the PEC, he will stand no chance at all. Not that I am against him, but let us not waste our time with wishful thinking on this. Taken from Wiki (please point out which part you think he qualifies under?);

" He must have been one of the following for not less than three years:
A Minister, Chief Justice, Speaker of Parliament, Attorney-General, Chairman of the Public Service Commission, Auditor-General, Accountant-General or a Permanent Secretary.
Chairman or chief executive officer of the Central Provident Fund Board, the Housing and Development Board, the Jurong Town Corporation or the Monetary Authority of Singapore;[14]
Chairman of the board of directors or chief executive officer of a company incorporated or registered under the Companies Act[15] with a paid-up capital of at least S$100 million or its equivalent in foreign currency.[16]
In any other similar or comparable position of seniority and responsibility in any other organization or department of equivalent size or complexity in the public or private sector which, in the PEC's opinion, has given him such experience and ability in administering and managing financial affairs as to enable him to carry out effectively the functions and duties of the office of President.[17]"

do our current prataman have those qualifications mentioned?

Chee as President? The Istana will keep inviting Gopalan Nair

Which part of being qualified you are disputing?

From Wiki:

"The strictness of these qualifications led to the 1999 and 2005 elections being walkovers as S.R. Nathan was the only qualified candidate on nomination day.[47]"

"In February 1979, he returned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and became its First Permanent Secretary until February 1982 when he left to become the Executive Chairman of the Straits Times Press (1975) Ltd, the Singapore newspaper company. At various times from 1982 to 1988, Nathan also held directorship of several other companies including the Singapore Mint Pte Ltd, The Straits Times Press (London) Ltd, Singapore Press Holdings Ltd and Marshall Cavendish Ltd. He held a directorship in the Singapore International Media Pte Ltd between September 1996 and August 1999. He was Chairman of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Singapore—a ship-repairing and engineering joint venture with the Mitsubishi Group of Japan, from 1973 to 1986.[citation needed]

From 1983 to April 1988, Nathan was Chairman of the Hindu Endowments Board. He was a founding member of SINDA–the Singapore Indian Development Association–and its Term Trustee until August 1999.

In April 1988, Nathan was appointed Singapore's High Commissioner to Malaysia and, in July 1990, became Ambassador to the United States of America where he served until June 1996.

On his return, Nathan was made Ambassador-at-Large and was concurrently Director of the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies at the Nanyang Technological University. He resigned as Ambassador-at-Large and Director of the Institute on August 17, 1999, and was appointed, as the only eligible candidate and, thus, unopposed, President of the Republic of Singapore on August 18, 1999. Nathan was conferred with the Public Service Star in 1964, the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1967, and the Meritorious Service Medal in 1974."

Finally, to be able to contest he must first past the starting post which is the PEC. Now PEC is without a doubt PAP controlled, which will kick Chee without the slightest hesitation. I don't know why I am wasting time here.

Actually it's not a bad idea for CSJ to announce his candidancy for President and,if elected ,he as President Of The Republic Of Singapore on his day in office can safely ask:

WHERE IS OUR MONEY?

Looks like Chee Soon Juan is not able to contest.

precisley when he can't contest, then the more reasons he shall be able to kick up the HUMAN RIGHTS & DEMOCRACY fuss to international media and include that the president is another pawn installed by the pap.
