No. They are trained by mediacock which is owned by PAP. Before any PAP members sat in parliament, they have to go through a series of mediacock training, from acting to crying, speech and vocal course and also eyes and hands movements. Every of them has to be consistence regardless of their background and seniority level because it works on manipulating sinkies mind.
