How does it really matters to me even if it is real? Singkie is just a small nation always trying to show they can lunch above their own weight.
You tell others we have the best technology. But we are non technological powerhouse, we don't have the necessary tech knowledge too. In fact, we are the takers. There's no real benefit for us to be the 1st.time technology takers.
