Not too sure why it turns sour so soon as compared to original ones..to me sa and Australian grapes are still the best...we seldom get nz fruits here not too sure whats the reason but from personal exp in visiting nz fruit farms their fruits has this sweet, young and refreshing taste as if the land is really not tainted at allMeans its less chemically treated?

Not only grapes. Australian oranges tastes much sweeter than china's.
