The smart CECA Indians with some small ability are applying from Singapore for US and silicon valley jobs. Stinkapore is just a stepping stone for them. Sometimes, it's easier to apply from Singapore because the wait list is shorter then Mumbai. If they can, they will end up with US Green card, Stinkapore shitizenship or PR, plus they still keep their Indian shitizenship.
