Why u passed? It's Iberico black pig, almost equivalent to Kobe beef.. And beef won't taste as good as pork in Bak Kwa"s style..

It’s a scam. I was at the joint and I saw them placing Bak Kwa roasted from an electrical furnace onto the stack labelled applewood. And that open furnace is powered by electricity.
