Very ugly. Last weekend the workers were still in the midst of putting the dragon decor up along Eu Tong Sen Street.
Maybe budget cut. Maybe they outsourced the design to talentless FTs or art school interns. Or maybe... just like most other things on this island, they don't give a fuck and see it pointless to pretend that they do.
