Anyone can advise me? I bought items worth about $500 from Shopee mall. Parcel left outside my house, when I took it in and open it I found only 1 of 3 items was delivered. Initially I thought that the seller forgot to include but after checking with Shopee they said that seller packed it and so there is nothing they can do and closed it in the seller favor. Is my only option to lodge a police report against Shopee? Stupid of me not to video down the unboxing...
Huh? So nowadays must video unboxing to prove?
