Now I can't even contact them via their ninjabot - Just hangs when I click to ask for help.

Experienced the same.
Nobody replied my post in the Lazada thread. Their customer service in Messenger told me they are having manpower issues lol.
Luckily my item not high value.

Cai niao already doing delivery in sg, I think the local delivery companies not able to compete with china tech in efficiently handling delivery packages.

i use shopee. Delivery is smooth. I can't use lazada anymore. Their authentication system is screwed up.

I just realized that the Ninja Van HQ at Kay Siang Road is no more. It moved to a more modest location at Bukit Merah in early 2025.
