Had encountered a couple of times, wanted to help but after asking the price (think $10 or $12), I told them no. They just straight away walked off without saying Thank You. This kind of attitude, lucky I didn't buy from him ...

Should roam inside own house using Tik Tok to sell instead or can join with 陈雷 aka 卖鱼哥 to sell ...Why are ex-convicts allowed to roam around selling crap at eateries? Is this what the 'Yellow Ribbon' project is all about? Integrate them back to society? I bet the same was done with IMH lunatics too.
