A 35-year-old man in southern Thailand was killed by a hand grenade which he threw at his ex-girlfriend's house on May 25 after she refused to get back together with him.
Four people in the vicinity were injured and sent to hospital.
The incident took place at around 8am at a house in the Tha Chana district, in Thailand's Surat Thani province after a domestic dispute, Thai media reported.
The explosion
The body of the man, Surapong Thongnak, was found lying face down in a pool of blood in front of the house, police told Bangkok Post.

Prior to the explosion, Surapong had reportedly gone to the house to reconcile with his ex-girlfriend.
When he failed to convince her, Surapong allegedly tried to stab her with a pair of scissors, but residents nearby intervened and stopped him.
Surapong then went back to his parked car to retrieve a grenade, pulled the pin, and threw it at the group.
The grenade was an M26 fragmentation grenade, but it did not explode right away, Khaosod English reported.
Surapong picked it up again but it exploded in his hand before he could throw it.
The woman was unharmed as she had run back into the house before the explosion.
Four injured, meth found in car
Four others — two men and two women — were taken to Tha Chana Hospital with injuries, according to Bangkok Post.Three of the victims are relatives of the woman, aged between 40 and 73, Thaiger reported.
