PSA When you book taxi via grab beware coz those dishonest fuckers will definitely add on to your final fare if you don’t ask for receipt. I kena many times and some even ask for receipt they will say no receipt so you better take a video and screenshot if the fare meter when you alight

There was once I was at a kopitiam having my early dinner at around 5pm. Beside me were two Grab drivers chatting. The skies were a bit dark and they were looking at weather forecast and waiting for thunder storm for evening peak hour so that they can earn surge Grab rate.

Actually even after taking grab gojek for many times, I not sure how a overcharge can occur?
When we book a trip, the fixed price, displayed from the app, is already leeducted immediately from our credit/debit card as a hold.
They can later leeduct extra amount mare?
