My friend bought for his kids those cute helium animal shaped balloons and while going up the lift one obese guy burst the younger girl’s balloon.
The balloon is those cute ones that hover over the ground with leash. The fatso probably stepped on it …
He just went “oh..” and didn’t even apologise or offer to pay. Just wondering this kind of incident can report police ?
