Also doubt the credibility of the website my kampong.sinchew.com. An Internet search on it shows that it is United States based? And also had people asking if it was a scam website.

Are you sure on reopened bumi lot cannot resale to foreigners? I did check with all developers on this, all of them said can. After certain period and 3 times advertisement, developers can submit request to state to change the bumi lot to non bumi lot, by that time non bumi or even foreigners can buy.

I see this as good news for SEC/tebrau/austin buyers. it means at 600k it's lelong prices. so my max downside barring catastrophic collapse of the market is only 50-100k RM.

aisanbo is talking about buying subsale bumi lots. actually, this also can be done, must submit for approval etc etc, a bit leceh but i've heard people doing it. The only one that cannot is "malay reserved land".

Yes, I'm referring to the foreigner owner selling the bumi-unit after the purchase from developer.
I think it's not the same compared to a foreigner selling a non-bumi unit to foreigners.
But like what malpaso said, I guess it can be done but need more approvals and maybe more costs.

Yes, both reason but also due to late to get known the project where only left bumi lot units. However because of the procedures I didn't buy.
