Senior Counsel Davinder Singh

i remember K Shanmugam had straight As while this Singh's results wasn't as sterling as the former. I wonder who charged higher fees between these two.

From what I know, bayi never did any pro bono cases. Shan did several.

Just because you appoint him as counsel does not guarantee you will win every time - if you look through past cases you will see that - of course there are consistent outcomes for certain clients.

Of course, unless the client he is representing is "ang pie"...sure win one, like "mee siam mai hum", other than that, depend if his honour, had a good breakfast & 'put, put' in the morning, no need agarol...

A doctor friend makes about $30k a month and MINDEF doesn't want to call him for reservist. On occasion he was called, it was for 3 days.

MINDEF was idiotic in the past for calling up CEOs to do driver reservist and then paying through the nose. On the other hand, they should have set a a ceiling for reservist pay, because this is favouring the rich.
