SINGAPORE - Two men, aged 17 and 21, have been arrested for allegedly breaking into senior citizens' corner in Holland Avenue and stealing items worth $400.
After a report was made to the police on Feb 8 that items such as an electrical balloon blower and food and beverages were missing, the police retrieved footage from the cameras around the premises.
With the help of the footage from the cameras, the officers managed to arrest both suspects on Feb 17.
If found guilty, they can be jailed up to 14 years for housebreaking and theft by night with common intention.
