Sdn Bhd and property

Hi bro and sis,

need help on this matter: -

got 2 malaysia properties bought under company. one shareholder 99% and other 1%.

now we need to remove this 1% director but she not going to sign the paper.

Now the problem is is there any way, i mean reasonable ones, to remove her from the board.

One thing to note, last time we needed a malaysian to register the company, but she never put in any money.

Please advise.

Still need lawyer who will file for court order as long as she does not sign. For causing the trouble, sue her as well to recover cost.
