Raids across Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Karnataka seized 100,000+ fake certificates tied to 22 universities (medicine, nursing, engineering among others), plus printers, fake seals, holograms & forged signatures. Investigators estimated the network supplied up to 1M fakes nationwide and used for jobs/visas abroad.
