It’s not a matter of IQ but job attitude.

To begin with you will need good concept of reason. Without the concept of reason, people can have no understanding of the rule of law, of fairness, or simply of what is right or wrong. Concept of reason is conspicuously absent from low IQ countries. Thus you see all the chaos and backwardness in these countries.

I went to school with a classmate who eventually became a Mathematics Professor... Me on another hand still an ordinary folk in the World Wide World and so does most of my classmates. Why he became a Mathematics Professor and was more successful than the rest of us was ... simply he is smarter than most. Not that I never tried to do well but advance calculus and trigonometry are simply out of grasp for me. Ask yourself why some others could learn and understand abstract theories easily while others struggles. Because these people are simply more intelligent. This is a fact. No use in denial.

I agree with ginfreely. Most of the time is individual attitude n opportunities available. Complacent is bad.

Let me share with u. I was a peon long ago with a local bank. Theres tis Malay chap who was also a peon but with a foreign offshore bank. He joined the bank when they recd the license to operate. After about @ 5 yrs with the bank n due to his positive attitude towards his job he was promoted n posted to the dealing room (FX exchange) as a clerk. Slowly worked himself up n was promoted to Snr dealer. Mind u he was just holding a pri 6 education.

IQ and Race … is referring to the Averages.

Of course there are smart people among low IQ Countries/Races. The problem is there are too few smart people to make any significant impact. Every citizen has a duty to perform. Some may be plumber, electrician, lawyers, doctors etc. Imagine there many politicians around but the general population are unskilled. I would like to see how he can perform miracles ! Africa as well as many more countries were colonized and influence by the West for hundreds of years. Don't tell me they learned nothing from them when the West left. If the last few hundred years they could not progress what makes you think they could today. Just like Mudland - Madhatter was unable to make Malaysia to become the first world, what you think he could this time round. Don't give the excuses of corruptions, previous administration etc. Too lame already.

So the truth is … IQ and Race. It is a sad truth but it is also a fact nevertheless.
