You will be amazed at the number of management changes compared to other companies. Not only resignations but also promotions and new appointments.

Exactly. When the PAP says that SMRT is a public listed company that need to take care of the interests of its shareholders, Singaporeans must be smart enough to understand the interests of the shareholders are NOT YOUR PROBLEM. As paying commuters, you must expect and demand reasonable service, safety and prices.

The interests of shareholders and commuters may be conflicting, more so since SMRT is a monopoly and does not need to listen to what the consumers want. For instance, by degrading services, compromising safety and increasing prices, profit will increase and SMRT shareholders' interests will be well taken care of but clearly your reasonable demands will be shoved aside.

U think this is fuck up ar? From day 1 when she entered into mrt how many of the old guards she sacked or asked to leave and replaced by her own people who know shit about running a train system. The best is during the last retrenchment exercise from top down alot of the retrenched staff are those who can work or experienced staff. Now the experienced staff are resigning and retiring because they are sick and tired of the fuck up grading system by HR and the extra workload I pity the next ceo who takes over from her. Surounded by nitwits and blurfucks.
