Since there is so much rank inflation in SAF,does that mean those staff sergeants and below in the saf very malu?since every tom dick and harry in the SAF is getting promoted and they are still cockroaches?

First, Malaysia does deploy women in combat roles, e.g. as fighter and helicopter pilots.

Second, many of the Kurdish Peshmerger units that kicked ISIL butt earlier this year were women.

Malaysia done the right thing. SAF done wrong.
