Not necessary when you are in the SAF or other uniform org, you'll be healthy and fit, I remember many years ago when I went back for in camp training, 1 regular sgt that I knew "exploded sideway", completely different when I just ORD...

Put in simple, don't take for granted for minor sickness, when in doubt, ask the doc...
