The 200-page propaganda details some of the 'contributions' made by Isa Sekali Kowtow when he was the top Moslem religious leader. Over four decades, he has perfected the Chinese 'Kowtow', exhorting fellow Moslems to obey Ruler Loong's decrees. For example, he rubber stamp Moslems' inclusion $8 Ah Khaw's Human Organ Trading Act (HOTA).

The Mouthpiece crowed Isa Sekali Kowtow also paved way to foster friendships with leaders of various faiths in Peasantpore and most important he kept quiet when crazy X'tians took potshots at pagans and bapoks. Most importantly he spoke up for Old Autocrat whenever the senile former autocrat sprout hard truths regarding his distaste for moslems and mats.

In this respect, Peasantpore is no different from typical Asiatic societies where loyalty counts. This island do not practice meritocracy but nepotism with lackeys and minions knowing loyalty to Ruler Loong goes a long way.
