4月11日，印度尼西亚国家造船企业RT PAL建造的“阿鲁果戎（Alugoro）”号柴电潜艇（舷号405）在三宝垄的PT PAL码头下水。该潜艇是印尼“纳伽巴萨（Nagapasa）”级潜艇的第三艘，前两艘分别为“纳伽巴萨”号和“阿达德达理（Ardadedali）”号，都已经开始服役。
2011年12月，韩国造船厂大宇造船和海洋工程公司（DSME）与印度尼西亚政府签署价值11.5亿美元合同，建造3艘“纳伽巴萨”级柴电潜艇。
“纳伽巴萨”级其实就是在韩国海军“张宝皋”级的基础上进行改进的DSME1400外贸潜艇，而“张宝皋”级是韩国引进的德国209/1200级潜艇。
所以说，印尼这款国产潜艇其实是经过韩国改进的德国209级。
该艇原计划于2018年10月在Jalan Letnan Supriadi码头下水，但由于淤积严重，潜艇无法顺利下水。
于是PT PAL用一艘驳船，将潜艇运往三堡垄码头下水。

On April 11, the "Alugoro" diesel-electric submarine (ship number 405) built by the Indonesian national shipbuilding company RT PAL was launched at the PT PAL terminal in Semarang. The submarine is the third of the Indonesian Nagapasa class submarines. The first two are the Nagarbasa and the Ardadedali, both of which have already begun service.
In December 2011, the Korean shipyard Daewoo Shipbuilding and Ocean Engineering (DSME) signed a $1.15 billion contract with the Indonesian government to build three Nagarbassa-class diesel-electric submarines.
The "Naga Bassa" class is actually a DSME1400 foreign trade submarine based on the Korean Navy's "Zhang Baozhen" class, and the "Zhang Baoyu" class is a German 209/1200 class submarine introduced by South Korea.
Therefore, Indonesia's domestic submarine is actually a German 209 grade improved by South Korea.
The boat was originally scheduled to be launched at the Jalan Letnan Supriadi pier in October 2018, but due to serious siltation, the submarine could not be launched smoothly.
The PT PAL then used a barge to transport the submarine to the Sanbaolong Pier.
