They r not showcasing the F15 but rather the older F16 or they ironing out the kinks after the latest sys upgrade ?

Nothing to do with showcasing, all to do with logistics. You can see the F-16 tailsign is LF, which is the RSAF detachment at Luke AFB in Arizona. Its much easier to fly up to Alaska rather than fly there from Singapore. Also, these birds do not have the upgrade yet as the dorsal spine is not installed. Its not likely the Luke detachment will get this upgrade, as the dorsal spine contains proprietary Israeli electronics that the jews and us are not eager for the USAF to find out.
