The cleanliness and lift maintenance are very good too

Ya bro ... only the very old days of the HDB 1 room half hall 一房半厅 rental flats can consider as slum.

Even the present HDB 2-rooms flexi is nice and tiny, the elderly who bought these 2-rooms flexi are not poor people either.

This looks breathtaking. It his definitely high SES. The problems start when low SES characters start inhabiting the place.

Most low SES folks just want to meet their basic needs and that their children can climb up through education.
