Would you have snitched in this situation

Working for an FA agency; they regularly vape in the office, and i had voiced my concerns a few times to no real avail, though the leadership tried to get the other members to stop because it would “look bad in front of clients”

Because HSA had a reporting hotline for this sort of thing, if you were in my situation today, would you have

  1. Gone straight to HSA via their hotline/email
  2. Just left the agency or,
  3. Continue to tolerate it?
I welcome all thoughts, opinions and viewpoints.

Their vaping got hurt your pocket, damage your property or cause any injury to anyone?
If all no, why even have such a law?
