I stumbled upon some local meetup subreddits and as someone who’s looking, i thought to myself YOLO, maybe I can get lucky with a hot single guy.

I was wrong. Within 2 hours of posting I had hundreds of DMs just at the mere mention that I was a lady. Men of all age ranges were trying their luck with me, and when probed, they were either attached, engaged or married.

When probed “does your gf/fiance/wife know?”, the conversation usually goes:

“No”
“So why are you talking to me? You don’t love her?”
“I do, but I have my needs”
“Can I tell her that on your behalf?”

Usually this immediately gets me blocked by them.

From one girl to another, i will never wish this on any of you, and I genuinely hope your partner wasn’t one who sent me a DM.
