hi guys, my bf is in bmt now and he has been constantly falling sick and i think its cause of the tekong water (i tried it and it tastes kinda sandy???)

i dont like seeing him unwell and i was wondering if there is anything i can do? he doesn’t like to do “extra things” so could yall lmk what yall did so i can just do it for him?

i know some of yall might have just adapted to it or sucked it up but i really dont want him to suffer :((((
