Assuming the driver in this video didn't pass out due to a medical condition, please be reminded that road traffic fatalities hit 10-year high of 149 in 2025; elderly deaths more than double and that K. Shanmugam has been helming Ministry of Home Affairs - which has oversight of Traffic Police - since 2015.
