I think cheating is making me a better husband​

Thoughts

I know it sounds weird and counter intuitive. But since I started cheating on my wife things have improved at home. I feel happier and like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I think being able to unless a primal sexual force on my affair partner has allowed me to concentrate more in areas of more importance with my wife. I'm more willing to help around the house and with the kids. My wife in return has shown more affection than I have ever received in our relationship.

Going into my marriage i knew me and my wife weren't really sexually compatible. She is very vanilla and I like things a little freaky. But I was ok with that because we were compatible in so many other ways. But over time I just kept feeling lower and lower. Which caused more and more fights and arguments. It finally got bad enough that I pulled the trigger, found someone else and had some of the best sex of my life with them.

I know I should feel horrible and hate myself for destroying our marriage vows, but I honestly think it was a choice that could end up saving my marriage. So long as I could keep it hidden or maybe convince the wife to do an open marriage type of thing.
