Dog bit/scratched me and owner ran away.​

Shocking thing as I was getting my morning coffee.

Was on the way home waiting for my lift when a dog (corgi) and its owner walked past me, and i was immediately attacked on my legs.

Jumped away but managed to land a few scratches and saliva on my calves. As i was assessing what was happening and my injuries, the owner bolted off, only saying “oops sorry”. No idea where she went probably ran up the stairs.

I dont think my injuries are serious enough to warrant a police report but the owner is seriously irresponsible and have no responsibility!

Was a long time supported of pets in HDB but now I am having serious doubts because of a these few stupid bunch.
