Mother almost got ran over by CECA Lorry Driver (3265S)​

Mother just gave me a call saying she almost got ran over by a silver lorry beating red light outside Jurong Point, T junction, towards Jurong Central Park.

The lorry was speeding and showed no intention to stop, she caught something moving fast through her peripheral vision and stopped in time, just few cm away from getting knocked down. She was in complete shock and couldn’t take photo in time as the lorry slowed down briefly and quickly drove off when she was taking out her phone.

She identified it was a CECA driver wearing neon yellow construction shirt, with the plate number: 3265S, (couldn’t see the front). Please help to identify the vehicle or the company it belongs to, I have never made Traffic Police report before.
