my sis is 31 years old this year, and i’ve always wondered if she has some sort of problem because of the things she had done. my mother always shrug it off and said it’s just because my sister is “blur”, but idk it doesn’t seem like it. here are SOME of the things she had done.

1. she failed her olevels because she got an F9 for english. she then went for SIM diploma and spent 1 year retaking english (spent 10k on english tuition at british council, but ended up getting an D7 after 1 year.)
2. she spent almost 8-9 years in SIM trying to get a degree. but she ended up only getting a diploma because she failed the degree course twice (she also took longer than normal to get her diploma as she failed multiple modules)
3. twice, she forgot she had a period and placed her pad with blood into the washing machine. when confronted by my mother, she said she didn’t have a period and only admitted to having a period having a while.
4. she got fired at all her jobs (accountancy/admin related at small private company). once, her boss wanted to jolt down the things she had done during her probation. she ended up writing “open door for aunty” and “refill water at nicholas’s table”. not only that, when she was younger, she got fired at simple jobs like selling macaron at a booth as she had forgotten to put all the macaron back into the fridge when she closed the stall.
5. in taiwan, she mistook the night market chicken cutlet stall number (which was 18) as the price of the chicken cutlet. she saw the stall number and went “the chicken cutlet is 18 twd”. 18 taiwan dollar is equivalent to 80 cents sgd btw.
6. telling me and mother we should take the lift up to a higher floor when it is visible that the lift is already at the highest floor.
7. stealing my things and not admitting even after i presented my evidences.

these are just SOME of the examples. i told my mother she should really see the doc because i believe she has some sort of problem but my mother just refuses to believe me. what do you think?

btw: she is currently working as a 100% wfh personal assistant. most of the time she is just lying in bed using phone doing some admin work. she only earns around 2.5k per month, and the minimum criteria for job is olevels (which means she literally spent 8-9 years in SIM for nothing). she has no hobbies, and just scroll through ig most of the time.
