Confused about national service as a foreign-raised citizen

Discussion

My mother is a Singaporean citizen, while my dad is a Fijian citizen, and i was born in the US. I am under 21 and hold all three citizenships.

My NS is to begin this year, and i aldready got my pre-med done, the thing is I live abroad in the west and i am pursuing medicine but apparently singapore doesnt allow deferment if its non-local, so im unsure whether to attend uni (oxbridge) or show up to NS?

Another thing is I dont think ill be planning to live in SG for the rest of my life because I havent grown up here at all nor do i speak any of the languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil), I've looked into renouncing but apparently u cannot renounce till u serve NS? Then what about triple citizens like me

Given singapore doesnt allow dual citizenship post-21, would I just need to wait it out? I know very little about the local culture and dont speak the language so i wont fit in the military i only know English and my mothertongue Hindi so could anyone give insight? pls tysm

If you do not have a Singapore NRIC and never had a Singapore passport, and had registered for NS, applied and obtained an exit permit, then I believe that you should continue to apply for an exit permit to enrol at university.
Make sure you notify CMPB / MINDEF and inform them that at age 21, you intend to and will renounce your Singapore citizenship.
