Blasting videos on public transport​

General

Today encountered 2 primary school kids and 1 uncle blasting their videos. The kids, 1 each on my left and right. Uncle directly opposite me. The uncle loudest. I keep on having the urge to want to tell them about it. But I have no guts to do so. I want to phrase my words in a way that is not offending and something that is also sharp enough for them to not able to say anything else. This kind of blasting video thing is getting more and more out of control... Anyone successfully did this before? Pls share your trick.

Elderly men and women are the worst culprits. They play their videos at full volume probably because they are losing their hearing and have never heard of ear buds.
