Redditer: Anyone secretly dislike CNY? And why? If you enjoy, also share.

The impulse to compare seldom arises from innocent curiosity; more often, it is conceived in jealousy. Comparison, when rooted in envy, is not an act of understanding but of quiet aggression — a subtle attempt to reduce what it cannot equal and to tarnish what it secretly covets.

When two wise men converse, their dialogue becomes a meeting of minds — a space where ideas are refined, perspectives widened, and truth approached through mutual illumination. But when two fools engage in discourse, it is not wisdom they seek, but reassurance. Their exchange becomes a mirror of insecurities, where each soothes his own inferiority by magnifying the imagined deficiencies of the other.
Just avoid any people including related ones that are of low frequency. Why pollute to yourself with these low vibration.

Just travel out and enjoy good and high vibration. That is a great new year start for yourself.

This post is precisely about spotting low-frequency people. Comparison is the mother of all envy. No one broadcasts the hertz they’re sending - you have to feel it. Envy hides behind judgment.

I recall an incident at a shopping centre in Bangkok during a K. Kawai piano promotion. A customer played beautifully, drawing a crowd [and repeated applause]. I admired the skill. The lady next to me said he was showing off. I asked, “What would you do if you had his talent?” She said, “I wouldn’t show off in public.”

I saw skill. She saw attention. Low-frequency people see only what they envy.

Usually the ones who dislike CNY are the aloof type or losers in life.

Don’t own a big house, nice car or have smart kids doing well in school. Everything is like a pissing competition.

Ohh that part you can be sure they will do everything it takes to get you to see him opening his new luxurious car door even to the point of yelling happy chinese new year while getting into his car lol.....
Perhaps he will loudly offer to give his poor relations a lift to the nearest MRT station. They will get to sit inside his new Mercedes, BMW or Lexus.

Only losers care about having a big house nice car and smart kids having good grades in school

The only thing that is most important is having a roof over your head and being able to eat 3 big portion meals a day in a country that values its citizens as it's top priority instead of foreigners!
