[Reddit] Why is it acceptable for companies to ghost candidates after interviews?

There should be a ghost list for work applicants to refer to. Most just interview to fulfill a quota after they already selected the candidates. Those on the ghost list should be avoided. It reflects badly on work attitude and management ineptitude.
