Recommend good teochew Fish Soup

The one at HAIG ROAD is good. I understand most good Teochew fish porridge will use a kind of minced fried fish to add to the favour to the soup. The name is known as "Bpen Her" or "Bin Hue" in Teochew or Hokkien.

Hope to have a chance to taste good teochew fish porridge soup soon!

If you want rice and soup, Teochew fish soup is mostly alright any stall. But I don't like Teochew so-called fish porridge. It's just soup poured over rice. If want real porrdige, find one with Cantonese congee style. There's one I know at Waterloo coffeeshop (not the Queen St coffeeshop) not bad and not ex.

Neighbourhood stalls nowadays real congee very rare have fish slice, just pork and egg only.
