Really detest how tech firms are hiring MORE women to make 50:50 gender equality

Increasing incentives to hire women into tech like increasing referral bonus, putting emphasize on female resume first. Are you guys seeing this in your tech firms yet?? Seriously isnt this just gender discrimination against MEN?

Affirmative action goes against meritocracy. Period.

But I guess companies like to virtue signal about 'diversity'. Makes them feel good, that warm fuzzy feeling.

In the end, standards are lowered and it will inevitably show in your products and services.
