Is there any offence committed if civil servants and MPs abuse their access to privileged government policy and profit from it??

This insider trading of SMRT stock is just peanuts compared to what our ministars are doing in other countries. For example the insider info that the inner circle of Familee receives enables the latter to profit handsomely by investing in those countries from where the info originates. Examples of such countries are China, Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, etc...

Don't forget that LHY is in charge of attracting multi-billionaires to invest in Asia. His kickbacks are humongous. His market-sensitive intel is very up to date and which he obtains from his brother, Pinky (dictator of Sinkieland).

The average sinkee don't follow or understand the intricacies of an issue. The Opposition has to put the message in simple terms and strike a chord with the voters.

A simple message could be: PAP earns 20 percent return using your CPF money but pays you 2.5 percent interest. Why?

Or

PAP doesn't want to pay you higher interests and want to keep your money forever. Why?

Roy Ngerng should take a leaf from Ravi-present as many facts that you can gather and attack the scheme/policies ,not the person.

Articulate them clearly and loudly and people can put 2 and 2 together and know which policies of the PAP has caused extreme hardship to them.

Good advice. That way save one the problem with lawyer's letter. Done skilfully, same impact. And no headache.
