You mean those "stray dogs" from the RC's, CC's or meet the people session, near the coffeeshop?

Please inform your town council or the nearest RC branch. The grassroots volunteers will help take care of this problem.

If volunteers are doing the work, we pay fees for what????? To feed the golden mouth of the PAPpy MP?
