Mr Ramseth, I think your information a little outdated. Victim likely to proceed to police station or NPC whatever. Then they will refer case to Serious Sexual Crime Branch of CID. Most not aware of SSCB so likely to go mata chu first.

IO comes, escorts victim for check-up. If IO male, there will be a woman officer to comfort and counsel victim. Few head to the hospital first. If they head to hospital first, police post chap will alert divisional IO who will then refer to SSCB IO.
