I need advice!

I like a guy (im a guy as well btw) although i dont think he likes me back, but thats not the point. Point is I sweat ALOT EVERYTIME i meet him or see him irl, i literally cant control it its like my body hits a switch and heats up so much, and i get really shy and dry as well. I feel like thats just his entire perspective of me and i hate it cuz im so different when im with other people i find it easier being myself and cracking jokes and making convo etc. And it also makes it seem like im so much diff on text than in irl... cuz im js so nervous irl
