How does one find out if there is a warrant of arrest out on him or her?

There're 2 centres of warrant enforcement, right? One is from the Court and one at Cantonment?

Any difference?

do note if a WOA has been issued, only the Court
can void it, Not the issuing party.
if you wish to turn yrself in, its best to go with
yr Lawyer who specialise on the crime/offence
the WOA had been issued against you.
and yes, they will handcuff you.

Thanks, I'll let my friend of a friend know..........

But I know a WOA is issued only if one is charged for something or if one has ignored the Court's judgement, like alimony for spouse.

But I also know that if one does not pay TV license, also can be issued WOA if did not attend court or compound the fine. Same for NParks and NEA types of offenses......

Very arbitrary........if you ask me.
