Question about OM case - Section 354

Hi GD,

Is the polygraph legally admissible? I thought it's not 100% reliable and there were cases of people beating it.

Thus far, no victim and defendant pass-pass or fail-fail together. So, such tests are accurate.

If touch was there, the intent is crucial. Guilty act must have guilty mind for charge to stand.
