The current not so favourable global economic situation renders cheaper rentals, and cheaper rentals are affordable to more people. Guess it is a necessary way to recover. Once the demands pick up, prices as well and people with deeper pockets. The dining areas where hard rocks is seem to be attracting reasonable crowds, especially on weekends and holidays. China just approve organised tour groups business to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and more. The pent out demands is expected to be felt soon if all go well.
