The situation in Johor seems like this,..

1. Property Agents play the Traditional Role of finding Tenants to Owners

2. Owners running air bnb - either individually of collectively

3. Property Managers, Managing Agent,playing the role of property Placement Agents (supposedly with the blessings of the MC)

Is this point 3., allowed in the respective acts ?

Seems that for some properties in Johor, the MA uses priviledge-information for individual benefits,...

There remains, lots of loop-holes & lots of opportunities to make illicit monies,... in this Zone of Possibilities,...
